Manage-IT 2.0 was designed for businesses. It allows managing an unlimited number of projects within an organization. For example, a business can have three projects headed by three different project managers. Each manager working differently, they can organize their projects along their preferences, defining assigned users, task groups, task types, statuses, and priorities.
- Multi-User Management
Each user can be assigned to several projects. Each task within a project is assigned to a specific user, member of the project. There is no limit to the number of users that can connect simultaneously to the same project. All users will be able to consult and make changes to tasks in their project simultaneously and effortlessly.
- A Well-Organized Task Management Tool
The heart of the Manage-IT is task management. We have invested our energies in facilitating the consultation and modification of tasks within a project.At first glance, you will be able to see all incomplete tasks within a project, providing an excellent overview. Completed tasks are displayed in a separate window to make task management easier. Use filters to perform a quick search and isolate certain tasks. Every task offers a great variety of characteristics for an efficient management:

- Project Statistics and Reports
Statistics and reports are useful for the business leader, the project manager and the team member.
The business leader. Manage-IT showcases a section specially designed for administration. It contains statistics and reports for all projects at once. Account statistics display a summary of information for all projects: workload, user activity and the global completion status of the projects. For a more in-depth look at project completion, the all tasks report displays all tasks for all projects.
The project manager. Manage-IT's all tasks report is also available on a project-by-project basis to help managers administer workloads and priorities efficiently. Project statistics provide a summary of the project in a convienient one-page format.
The team member. Each user can know what has to be done within 3 clicks of login in. The user report shows all tasks assigned to a specific user, making it easy to stay informed.
- Security and Access Rights
Manage-IT offers two security levels: Administrator and Normal.
Administrator. An administrator has all the rights. He or she can modify company information; create, visualize, and modify any project; create, modify and delete users; visualize, modify and delete tasks from all projects. To ensure optimal security, there should be only one administrator per organization.
Normal. A normal user's access rights may vary. The administrator assigns access rights to each user, individually. Generally, within a large organization, a project manager is a normal user with all access rights. There are three types of access rights to a project: project manager, time approval and task edition.
- Message Center
Send messages to a specific user or a whole project team, know when you have new messages waiting, know when others read your messages. It's like having a private mailbox just for Manage-IT. Several convenient features are available:
Send a message to one user or all members of a project team. Easy filtering options. HTML-support in message body. Know when messages are read and deleted by the recipient. Be warned about new messages when you login to Manage-IT.
